I have always struggled with drinking glasses of water constantly to get at least 8-10 glasses down every day, never been a big water drinker before. Not anymore, I fill this up at least twice a day (keeps water cold, as I like it, for a long time), and sip on this throughout the day, I know that I am getting at the very least 8 glasses (2 ltr) of water now each day. I love this bottle and take it with me everywhere. Best buy ever.
