Oz Remedy Migraine Cap

Hot/Cold Compression delivers soothing temperature therapy and gentle compression in one simple, easy-to-use cap to prevent or reduce migraines.

Combining the benefits of a traditional ice pack with the support of a compression sleeve, they’re perfect for easing pain, aiding recovery and helping reduce inflammation. For cold therapy, simply place the sleeve in the freezer for 1 hour — this helps reduce swelling, inflammation, and provides fast pain relief.

For heat therapy, place the sleeve in the microwave for 30 seconds — the warmth helps relax muscles and increase blood flow to the joint, promoting recovery and comfort.

Hydrogel is the “smart material” behind Oz Remedy—its crosslinked polymers absorb and retain large amounts of water while staying structurally intact, giving our products superior heating and cooling performance for controlled relief, soothing comfort, and effective recovery support.

Using our Hot/Cold Compression Sleeves is quick and fuss-free.

For cold therapy, keep the sleeve in its protective freezer bag and store it in the freezer until you’re ready to use it.

For heat therapy, warm the sleeve in the microwave, then place it gently over the affected area for comforting relief. The flexible, contoured design moves with your body, delivering targeted hot or cold therapy while supporting a faster, more comfortable recovery.

What is the Migraine Cooling Cap?

Our migraine cooling cap is a wearable medical aid designed to sit comfortably on your head and deliver soothing cold therapy for migraines and headaches. It’s made from a soft, stretchable lycra-style fabric that gently hugs the head. Simply chill the cap in the freezer before use to prepare it for cold therapy. When worn, the cap helps cool the scalp, ease inflammation and narrow blood vessels, which may relieve common migraine symptoms such as pain, nausea and sensitivity to light and noise. You can use the cooling cap during an active migraine or regularly as part of your routine to help reduce how often migraines occur.

    Love how it covers my eyes too, and really helps after a bad night sleep to depuff and relax as well as remove tension headache pain.
