Directions

• Adults and Children over 14 yrs: Chew one tablet daily.
• Children 4yrs - 13 yrs: Chew 1/2 tablet daily (use score mark to break).
• For optimal absorption take on an empty stomach. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
